SWAP UP - VIDEO & RADIO

I led the creative team for Swap Up, developing a playful approach for this healthy lifestyle brand that helps Oklahoma teens learn to eat (and drink) how they wanna feel. I oversaw multiple campaigns including the video concepting, scripting and production and post-production phases. For most of the videos I also served as the on-set director. We won multiple creative awards including recognition from Shorty, NYX and MUSE.

IT TAKES SECONDS - VIDEO

Child cannabis toxicity cases have increased over 300% in the last four years. Adults don’t understand how quickly it can happen, so even kids with the most responsible parents are at risk. I led the ideation and scripting of a series of short spots—only :15 or :06 seconds—that used the length of the ad to show just how fast kids can get into weed.

UNSKIPPABLE

The hardest part of talking with teens is getting them to pay attention, especially when they’re on their phones. I was proud to lead this campaign for my former alma mater, Fairfax County Public Schools. The budget was tight so we created a low cost video that educates parents on the risks of fentanyl and how to talk with teens in a scroll-stopping way that’s unskippable. To further engage parents, the art direction channeled a lo-fi retro vibe perfect for this generation that grew up in the 80s and 90s.
